The client was a leading distributor of a range IT products and his reach spanned all over South India. With a single office, the client was not able to reach quite a few of his clients outside his state, or provide them with appropriate data at the right time, hence he opted for e-Business arrangements. The client had to cater to three different segments including online customers, dealers/resellers and corporate segments to each of whom he had to provide quotations, invoices, delivery etc.
The challenge was to create an online portal for promoting online distribution of products for various types of customers like End users, Dealers/resellers and corporate customers, and integrate online payment processing. |
